Data we collect

Cozy Soundscape does not collect or transmit personal data, device identifiers, listening history, playlist contents, analytics, crash reports, or advertising data to AnemoicPoiesis LLC. The app has no account system, tracking, advertising SDK, developer-operated server, or cloud service.

Audio and playlists

Built-in soundscapes play from files included with the app. Custom playlists, volume and pan settings, saved atmospheres, and focus history remain on your device. AnemoicPoiesis LLC cannot access them.

If you use Import Files, the app reads only the audio files you select through Apple’s document picker. If you use Choose Music, the app asks for access to your media library so you can select a downloaded, unprotected purchase. Apple Music subscription tracks and other protected media cannot be custom-mixed. Selected audio is copied into the app’s local storage; it is not uploaded.

Notifications

If you start a focus timer, Cozy Soundscape may request notification permission so the device can alert you when the interval ends. These notifications are scheduled locally by iOS and are not sent through an AnemoicPoiesis LLC server.

Sharing and external services

Cozy Soundscape does not send your audio or activity to third parties. Links in the app can open this website or your email application. Those services operate under their own privacy practices and may receive ordinary connection information when you choose to use them.

Retention and deletion

Local content remains on your device until you remove it. You can delete imported tracks and playlists inside the app. Uninstalling Cozy Soundscape removes its local app data, subject to Apple’s device backup and restore behavior. Because the developer does not receive your data, there is no developer-held account or server record to retrieve or delete.

Children

Cozy Soundscape does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user.
