These terms explain the license for Cozy Soundscape and your responsibilities when importing audio.
License
AnemoicPoiesis LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Cozy Soundscape on Apple devices associated with your App Store account, subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable law. The app is licensed, not sold.
Your audio
You remain responsible for audio you import. Only import, mix, or play files you own or are authorized to use. Cozy Soundscape does not remove digital rights management, download subscription music, or grant new rights in a recording. Imported tracks remain on your device and are not made available to other users by the app.
Built-in audio and app materials
Cozy Soundscape’s software, interface, branding, original arrangements, and edited soundscape presentations are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Some source recordings incorporated into the app were released under CC0 or other permissions; those underlying public-domain materials remain subject to their original status. Purchase of the app does not authorize extraction, resale, or redistribution of bundled audio as a standalone library.
Wellness disclaimer
Cozy Soundscape is intended for ambience, relaxation, and focus. It is not medical advice, treatment, emergency assistance, or a substitute for professional care. Do not use the app when audio could distract you from driving, operating equipment, or responding to your surroundings.
Availability and responsibility
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may depend on your Apple device, operating-system version, audio route, and rights attached to imported files. You are responsible for keeping copies of audio you wish to preserve outside the app.
